पंजाब राशन कार्ड के प्रकार
पंजाब राज्य सरकार पंजाब के नागरिकों को स्मार्ट राशन कार्ड जारी करेगी। राशन कार्ड का लाभ उठाने पाने के लिए आप को पंजाब राज्य का स्थायी निवासी होना जरुरी है राज्य सरकार व्यक्ति को AAY & PHH राशन कार्ड जारी करती है। जिसका विवरण इस प्रकार है |
अंत्योदय अन्न योजना (AAY) – अंत्योदय अन्न योजना (AAY) योजना के तहत, BPL केटेगरी में आते है जानी गरीब रेखा से नीचे वाले परिवारों के लिए यह योजना है। इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को स्थानीय बाजार की तुलना में बहुत कम कीमत के लिए 35-40 किलोग्राम आवश्यक वस्तुएं मिलेंगी।
प्राथमिकता घरेलू (PHH) – प्राथमिकता घरेलू (PHH) योजना के तहत, BPL केटेगरी से ऊपर वाले परिवार जानी की गरीब रेखा से ऊपर वाले परिवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इस योजना में आवेदन करने के लिए एक आय स्लैब भी है। आवश्यक वस्तुओं की संख्या उपलब्ध होने पर आपको सूचित किया जायेगा

पंजाब राशन कार्ड के लिए जरुरी दस्तावेज/Documents Required for Punjab Ration Card
The persons who wants to apply for new ration card in Punjab. You should have the following documents to apply for new Smart Ration Card 2020.
- आवेदन करने केलिए आधार कार्ड का होना आवश्यक है/Aadhaar Card
- आवेदक की पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो चाहिए/Passport Size Photograph
- आवेदककर्ता का वोटर ID Card होना चाहिए/Voter ID Card
- परिवार के सभी सदस्यों की आय का विवरण/Income Details
- परिवार के मुखिया के नाम का बिजली का बिल होना चाहिए/Name of Head of Family on Electricity Bill
- In case of surrender of the Ration card the previous ration card should be attached
- PAN Card of the Head of the Family

Elgibility Criteria for Punjab Ration Card 2020
The persons should have the following eligibiltiy to apply for new Punjab Ration Card 2020.
- You should be residing in Punjab at present.
- You must have an Aadhaar card on your name.
- You should have Bank account.
- You should not have any Ration card already. If you have any ration card then you need to surrender the old Ration card to get a new one.
- You should qualify the income tax slabs under AAY and PHH schemes.
Smart Ration Card Scheme under NFSA
- No. of beneficiaries 1.42 Crore
- Eldest Woman will be the family head.
- Wheat will be given at Rs. 2/- per KG.
- The Biannual entitlement of wheat will be given at one go.
- The distribution will be done at the doorstep of the beneficiary directly by the department.
- The beneficiary gets to keep the wheat bags in which he gets the grains.
- The beneficiaries are de-duplicated on the basis Aaadhar.
- The beneficiary can go to the consumer court, if he does not get wheat as per his entitlement.
- Wheat will be delivered in 30 kg standard packing.
- The department officials, Beneficiary, Transporter, Gram Panchayat, Nigrani Committee – all will work in coordination for disbursement of wheat.
- No upper cap. Every member gets five kg wheat per month.

Apply Online

Step 4: अब आपके सामने पंजीकरण फॉर्म खुलेगा अब अपना पूरा विवरण भरें|
Step 5: अब Fresh Application लिंक पर क्लिक करें |
Step 6: अब आपके सामने Ration Card लिंक पर क्लिक करें
Step 7: अब Ration Card Application Form पर पूरा विवरण भरें और बताए गए सभी जरुरी दस्ताबेज को अपलोड करें |
Step 8: अब Saved Application and Upload the Supporting Documents पर क्लिक करें|
Step 9: अब Submit Application पर क्लिक करें और Acknowledgement Number को Note करें |

Step 2: Fill the complete detail in English or Punjabi – Very Easy Basic Details
Step 3: The form must be verified by the Sarpanch/Panch/Municipal Councillor/any Gazetted Officer.In the office of FSO/ AFSO/ IFO, the application form is diarised in the Receipt Register.
Within a week, the Ration Card is handed over to the applicant.

Step 4: अपनी FPS ID चुनें
अब आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुलेगा | जिसमे FPS ID (Fair Price Shops) की लिस्ट दिखाई देगी | आपको अपने मुताबिक FPS ID चुनाव करना है |
Step 5: क्षेत्र अनुसार दुकानदारों की सूचि
जब आप FPS ID का चुनाव कर क्लिक करें तब आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुलेगा जिस पर राशन कार्ड लिस्ट आप को दिखाई देगी उसमे Ration ID और Member के नाम होंगे आप अपना नाम उसमे चेक कर सकते है|
